The production tank, made of stainless steel AISI 304 L or 306 L, has legs and wheels to make easier its moving,

utilization  and unloading.

Various stirring systems  with anchor, gates, counter-rotating or crown-wheel for liquids and dense materials;

counter-rotating knives for powders.

Fast stirring system (optional) with homogenizer, double speed turbine, or changeable speed turbine from 600 to 2800 rpm.

Fast stirring system (optional) with cutting micronizer for powders and changeable speed from 600 to 4300 rpm.

The fast stirring system can be coupled with anchor slow stirring or counter rotating slow stirring.

Temperature control with thermoregulator and heating bands at low voltage; made of stainless steel AISI 304 L

they are in direct contact with the tank or with the water control-block that recycles the water into the hollow

space of the production tank.

Maximum temperature with heating bands is 85°C; circulating water 90°C; diathermic oil 150°C.

Vacuum system with "ring " pump for liquids; with oil and separetor for semi-thicks and thicks; with oil and separetor plus condenser for powders dryer systems.
